The apartment we had was nicely equipped, cozy, and very clean! A short walk to the beach made our mornings truly enjoyable.
Some amenities varied greatly between rooms, and the air conditioning often struggled to keep our apartment cool.

great central spot for easy beach access and local dining
I loved the hotel's fantastic position with bars and restaurants just a short walk away, and the proximity to the stunning Alcudia beach made my strolls so enjoyable on sunny days.

The adult-only section offers a renovated ambiance that distinguishes it from family areas, making it a quieter choice for couples. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable poolside atmosphere, though it could feel too serene for those looking for more lively interaction.
The distance from rooms in Block D to the main reception was inconvenient, requiring a considerate walk that might not suit all guests, especially after a long day. The room sizes can be cramped, lacking adequate kitchen space and storage, with some peculiar design choices such as a kitchen door that opens into a drawer. there were issues with inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity that made staying in touch a hassle, and at times, the air conditioning struggled to keep up, leading to discomfort. it's odd to be charged for basic water during meals, which felt unwelcoming given the overall experience.

the resort was massive and had loads of stuff to do, way bigger than i thought! the room was really spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy. the staff were amazin, always helpful and friendly. my kids had a blast at the kids club and mini disco, they were the best! perfect for young families like us.
the wifi was terrible and kept disconnecting, which made it hard for us to stay connected. also, the shower was a bit hard to adjust, not the best for a relaxing shower after a long day.

the air conditioning struggled to keep up.

The pleasant ambiance of numerous well-maintained gardens surrounded the stay, creating a lovely escape. The approachable staff enhanced the experience with their friendly demeanor, while the themed buffet dinners added variety to the mealtime. the room's air conditioning was ineffective, and the location in Block D made access to the main facilities quite inconvenient. the noise from a generator beneath the room made for an uncomfortable first night.

great facilities but some room inconveniences
The facilities available for kids were impressive. Our children loved the multiple pools and water playground, making their time enjoyable. The garden view from our apartment provided a relaxing atmosphere, enhancing our overall experience.
The distance from our room to the main reception required a bit of a walk, which was inconvenient after long days out.
